Joseph Noble

I was born and bred in Akure. The capital city of Ondo state in Nigeria. I worked with the federal government of Nigeria for quite some years. I rose to the post Principal executive officer in the emoloyment of the government before I retired from service in the year 2008.

Ever since retiring I have been trying my hand on some business as an entrpreneur. I love writing and  I see great opportunity of publishing my write-ups in the hubpages.
